"Jay was amazing to talk to I couldn’t have had a better person answer the phone . I was calling around for new rates and everybody seemed so grumpy so I gave up but then I got a call from State Farm a very nice lady (I didn’t catch her name ) transferred me to Jay who got me the best price and coverage on my car insurance I also decided to transfer my home owners as well . Insurance kinda confuses me but he was able to explain it to me like I was 9 with out making me feel like an idiot."
