"I worked with Melissa at State Farm when shopping around for Home Insurance for my new home. As a new home owner, I did not understand a lot about home insurance, and Melissa walked me through it step by step, patiently answering questions when I had them. She was also incredibly responsive to my phone calls, emails or text messages and sent me MULTIPLE quotes when I asked for them. I was able to speak with Frank as well, and his patience, education, and care that I got what I needed was evident in my interaction with him. Additionally, their pricing was extremely competitive amongst the options I had. I can’t recommend this team enough. Definitely give them a call if you are considering purchasing home insurance in the Memphis area!"

"I had an exceptional experience changing car insurance from another company to State Farm. I got quotes from SF and found their rates to be much lower than my previous rates. I really liked the knowledgeable and friendly service I received at the Frank Simmons SF office so I decided to bundle my house insurance in with my car insurance, which resulted in more savings. I also had been looking for a life insurance plan and the Agent at SF helped me find just what I was looking for!
